I enjoyed using the web tool WikiSpaces. I think this will be a very helpful source for in my teaching career. I plan to use this site when I have mty own class room. It is a great site to post assignments on and communicate with parents. I might need to tell parents about this site at open house since it will be so information the kids mifght not want mom and dad to know about it.

Another great site would be Blogger. This site can also be used to comunicate with parents. It can be use to infor parents about the days evvents in class. It can also be used to post homework assinments and materials that might be needed for the following class.

I would like to learn about how to use photoshop. I love photography and I would love to learn to edit pictures on the computer. I this could be also taught to the students in my class for purposes of projects and computer fimiliarty.

I might reach this goal by buying the program and an instructional manual. I also have taken some classes that taufght me the basics so I would have a basic Idea. I think that I could take another class.

I love nortin so i found the section on it to be interesting. this chapter talked about computer viruses and how they can infect home and school computers. The schools try to block sites that might infect them.

Excel... I hate the program and have refused to use it for years. But making the grade book was rather easy. I can see why someone might use it. even though grade books have their own program now. but I am happy to at least gotten a little bit out of the program since it is in my computer.

Yay! my parents are in town. =P call me immature but i am trilled. I have missed them. I am hoping my mom will make me chicken soup to help me get over my cold. that would be amazing. my mom makes the best chicken soup ever!

This chapter teaches the importance of rubrics. it also talked more about technology outside of the four walls of the classroom. And the info about programs like inspiration was pretty nice.

I liked using inspiration. I am enjoying trying all these new different programs for things that i have always just used paint for.

I am sick! I think it was dayglo's fault. after dayglo we went in to the fountain... i think that is where i got sick from. mommy always told me not to walk around wet... and did i listen? nope and now look i am sick.

Curriculum is the knowledge, skill, and performance standards that students are expected to acquire in a particular grade. The begining of this chapter reflected on the main points of education then I found the rest of th chapter to repeat thing we have already learned.

I am learning more about power point. I am also learning that SAM is a dirty little liar... but i guess that is beyond the point. I have not really been enjoying the Book or SAM. I am though enjoying the random activities that test our skills.

I am sure of it now i miss home. i miss my 5th graders. I have interned with 5th graders last year and i miss them. I cried when i left them but not when i left my high school friends.

I learned how to best use digital media in the classroom. and that digital media can be interactive. It seems like a useful education tool.

I have been learning how to work the office 2007 to complete all the assignments from home. I must say this is a bonus. learning to systems at once.

I am having a great time at FSU. I am going out every other night. my roommate is eveeen starting to call me a party animal! this excites me.

This chapter was about input devices as well as about different types of key boards. it also touched on different type of pointing devices and four different types of output. Then to go along with the different types of keyboards it throws in the different kinds of printers. and lastly it discusses the difference between storage and memory and dvd-roms and cd-roms.

Nothing new is really happening in my life beside my Miami house hold is falling apart with out me. and i have been told am not allowed to go back to Miami until December for the holidays. sigh this makes me sad =( I miss my Miami friends and parts of the city it's self.

I learned that there are four different input and four different output devices. and the differences between various printers and key boards.

Chapter 3 was about the features of widely used software like paint and some things in word, Power Point, Excel. It also tell how to do similar thing in a MAC. I learned that it is better to have software suties and why it is so important to k-12 students to have note taking programs available to them.

I have learned reliable sites. this is important so I never provide my students with out of date or incorrect information.

I am currently playing Ketchup with this class. I had an eventful weekend and i hope that all of you enjoyed you time off as well. I enjoyed not really having class computers all week. No offense to the class. And I have had English canceled Friday, Monday, And Tuesday. =) That makes me happy.
